Costa Classica starts her Oriental voyages in March 2009 with a 14 night sailing from Singapore around Thailand, Vietnam and China  docking finally in Hong Kong.  She then travels on a 15 night voyage from Hong Kong to Taiwan, Japan, South Korea and Shanghai, visiting ports such as Kobe, Tokyo and Nagasaki.  Her voyage then sees her taking some shorter 5 night voyages out of Shanghai.  Longer voyages recommence at the end of May with 14 and 15 night sailings from Hong Kong and Shanghai through South Korea, Japan and Taiwan.

A dream itinerary, far from the usual routes, to discover different countries, atmospheres and cultures with a single cruise.  Starting in Singapore you spend a day at sea before arriving in the melting pot of Ho Chi Minh City/Saigon before another leisurely day at sea and your arrival into Da Nang, also in Vietnam.  After another day sunning yourself on board ship you arrive into legendary Hong Kong.  Your next port ofcall is Manila in the Phillipines before heading onwards to Malaysia first of your final two ports of call.  Kota Kinabalu in Borneo first then on to Bandar Seri Begawan in Brunei before returning to Singaport for your final night onboard ship in port.
